Cannot copy using Copy/Paste

I'm running WSS3SP1 and have tried running IISreset. When I try to copy a file from any doclib, I receive the error below (obviously I've disabled friendly errors). This issue has been mentioned several times here with seemingly no solution. Any ideas? thanks
